I cannot uninstall Cyberlink Suite Media Essentials from Windows 10. When I attempt this thru Apps & Features Uninstall, it instead Installs program!!! Very frustrating. Please give me step by step. For instance I don't know how to stop program if it's running in backgroundI need details for these steps!! thanks
