The first thing you need to build is the Woodcutter's Camp, with just 2500 groschens you can start building the camp, when you chose to build from the book, Marius will get up and ask you to follow him to the building site, there you tell him to start building, then you have a loading screen and some days after you come back with all done.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I'll get the DLC Pack and play though that one first before doing the main game. #6. Mythical Ostrich. Aug 18, 2019 @ 10:50am
I wouldn't recommend it. It is already plenty to take in on your first playthrough, without adding the extra hardships that hardcore brings such as: no automatic saving, dying faster, leveling up slower, also you will get lost suuuper easy since you don't actually know the map yet. I think hardcore is more of a thing to make the game feel fresh f7jJ0.
