Install or connect the following: Fuel filter and tighten the bracket bolt. Note the fuel flow directional arrow. Fuel lines to the fuel filter. Negative battery cable. Howto find the fuel filter on a Suzuki Grand Vitara: The diesel filter is located on the fuel system of your Suzuki Grand Vitara. It is located just before the Replacethe transfer case and front and rear diff oils every 15,000km. Replace the auto transmission fluid every 20,000km. Replace the air filter every 20,000km. Replace spark plugs every 20,000km. Replace fuel filter every 40,000km. Replace coolant every 40,000km. Back. 1 Open the glove box and empty to take the weight off the box. 2. On the right side there is a plastic hinge like device held on by one Phillips head screw. If you have trouble removing with a Phillips screwdriver you can remove with a narrow flat head screwdriver.
